Used for 18 Months. A number of issues and Pathetic customer support

If you want to go for the bose consider this
1. I purchased this system in Dec 2018 , writing review in Jul 2019.
2. The system became faulty in jan 2019 and started showing red blinking light.
3. A life time shock came to me when i asked their customer support for repair and i was told to send the package via courier to Gurgaon service centre ( From Rawat bhata near kota rajasthan to Gurgaon )
4. The centre took its time and sent me a replacement cable, again same issue started in Jun 19. I was busy with work and contacted the customer support in jul. I have been again asked to send it back to the gurgaon repair centre . In addition i will bear the cost of courier + repair charges.
5. MAJOR DISADVANTAGES OF BOSE
(a) They do not have customer support like other companies.
(b) They have most unprofessional customer support.
(c) You will be lucky if you find the customer support numbers easily, just speak on that number and see their way
(d) Bose which costed 3 x times of JBL went faulty twice in less than 18 months.
6. I am writing this review to alert you so that you people dont waste your hard earned money for name sake.
7. If you do not live in delhi Avoid it like HEll. Or repent like me later.
