This the best budget 4k TV you can get from LG. The inbuilt 2.1 channel system produces virtual surround effect in Cinema mode. No need for sound bar. The refresh rate natively is 60hz but it got truemotion of 120hz which provides very smooth and blurr free experience from any input. Also the upscaling engine is so good in this that I tried sd /HD content from set top box and it was way bettter than other TVs. Full HD (1080p) movies are also upscaled to 4k which looks superb clear without any pixelation. The voice commamds also works well.eg.just say "Play badshah songs" and it will open you tube list with badshah songs. ;)
Also it is UltraBright Direct blacklite panel as per the DisplaySpecification site.so the PQ is way better than normal 4k TVs. However its an IPS panel so the deep blacks and contrast are not as good as VA panel Samsung TVs.but viewing angles are unmatched.
However keep in mind that its RGBW pixel panel..so some finer text in blue or red may not appear properly (search for this over net) however in normal viewing, there was no noticeable difference. 4k videos are played without any lag and looks superb. (You wil forget Sony) really its that good. Picture quality: 8/10 Sound quality:10/10 ( for inbuilt 2.1 ch system) voice recognition: 6/10 (some localnwords are not recognised eg.DJ wale babu gets interpreted as DJ valley babul) Smart OS: 9/10 Inputs: 8/10 (supports dual bluetooth/ no 3.5 mm kack though) VFM: 7/10
Picture clarity (4/5) It is as expected from a 4k TV. Images are sharp and you'll need a proper HD connection from your DTH to fully utilize it's capability. It is an additive RGBW IPS panel so it is capable of high brightness levels and vivid colours. Don't expect very deep blacks though. HDR Is quite good and enhances colours and contrast quite a bit. This TV however doesn't appear to have local dimming so HDR effect is a bit muted, especially the blacks. Sound quality (5/5) No need to get a separate soundbar if you get this TV. The subwoofer does its job quite well. User interface (4.5/5) The only gripe about the WebOS here is it doesn't have popular apps like Hotstar on its content store. Other features like the equaliser are great to have. So many things to like here that it's impossible to type everything. The remote control itself is a technological wonder. YouTube, Netflix and Amazon prime are no problem. For other streaming services, you can use the open web browser.
Bought this from store after comparing with Sony and Samsung. Believe me Sony 4k is costly and Samsung 4k colours are not upto to mark but this is really a good choice. Colours sound buffer speed every thing is good and upto the mark. Highly recommended for every one.
Excellent pictures Quality great sound. Best TV I got just 49750/- in Hyd reliance. I am very happy.. Normal channels also like upscale to HD and HD channels also upscale to 4k nice TV.. Go for by the LG TV thanks to LG
Smart TV: Smartest TV in the market when compare to other expensive and budget TV's. 5 stars Picture: Very Good quality with 4KUltra picture. 5 stars Webos: webos is really good while browsing net and apps. It keeps updating the OS when there is updation. 5 stars Magic remote is user friendly while using you can get to know that.. Sound : 35 watts output is far good that you dont require separate sound system.
No pauses while browsing youtube, netflix and browsing other sites. It is good buy thanks LG. Overall 5 stars.
