Very Bad Product Quality and Pathetic Logistic Service by Amazon

I had ordered two bags before this and both of them were good. But this one was very bad. The material of the bag was very bag.
Also, when I raised the return request with Amazon it took 15 days, 4 phone calls and innumerable email exchanges to get it done. This is how Amazon treats their so called Prime Customers.
