Good Product Bad Service

Samsung products are cost-wise cheaper, yet have lots of latest features. Quality-wise, this is average, when compared to other brands like BlueStar and Godrej. I have a Bluestar AC, even after 6years of its purchase, it performs far better than the new Samsung AC, in terms of cooling, sound and other parameters.
Though this AC product is good, the installation experience is bad. I spoke to the customer care and registered my purchase, and they gave me the installation guy's details, and said he would contact me. However, even after 2 days, no one contacted me. I called that service guy, he said he would come in a day, but did not turn up. I called the local service centre office, and only later, the next day a service engineer turned up for installation. The installation experience is also not so comfortable. They charged additional Rs.1000, of which they charged(Rs750 for the iron brackets), Rs250 for wire (the distance between indoor unit and plug point is a just 5ft). The indoor unit's water outlet is left at just 1.5ft(45cm) away from the indoor unit :(. And at the end, NO demo is given about the product. That clearly tells how well these service personnel are trained.
Overall, the product is good, but service is below average. I am unlikely to buy a Samsung product again, especially something that needs installation and regular maintenance.
