The most pathetic product and the worst customer service ever.
No one helped from amazon to Bajaj to take care of this product.
Last product I have used for 20 years from Panasonic and trust me we know how to use our appliances. But this once twice got stuck and never got fixed.
As I write this, it’s sitting at bajaj work shop. The staff was so rude that he was not ready to talk. They saw the issue but would not replace it and just keep pushing the jar hard to remove it, finally broke into pieces and then give just a new jar whereas the entire product is faulty, the design is faulty. They need to change my entire food processor and give me something else.
I will not buy this again. Bajaj never again. Tried an indian product first time and that’s it. Poorest communication and unprofessional team ever seen.
Regarding amazon, for a product like this, I would like to see assistance from amazon to get a replacement for such bad pieces, which means in future I would buy but very carefully.
