This was a great buy; Amazon was extremely helpful in forwarding our details to the local LG retailer promptly.
And the installation was a dream; LG was extremely prompt and proactive, registering my request as soon as I called their customer care number. It took me about three tries to get through, but then it all went smoothly. The local LG store called me within two hours and scheduled the installation, and within 24 hours of delivery, the AC was fixed and running!
It's been working really well so far. We're scheduled for a free servicing as per the terms of the warranty in the next couple of months.

Not good ac....the aluminum condenser leaks twice every season... not worth a buy...and lg service is also pathetic..

Great deal good product but pathetic LG customer service, as usual product delivered before the expected time but it's been 4th day post installation request to LG so far no one contacted for installation. Before installation this scene what after that?? certainly thinking of returning the product. You think before you buy LG product

Delivery and product is good bt the servicing n installation is poor......expect atleast 5k to 10k extra for installation depending upon the copper wire used extra.
