Bought this for my mom .. she is bery happy n satisfied. This product is exactly the same i have in US . The product is very much liked by my family . I recommended to my family friends and they bought the day they saw it working./ We love it.. made our lives easy.. expensive though but worth it
This mixer is a must for any serious baker. Does its job beautifully. Though expensive, it is really worth the price. My only grouse is the speed slider which is a little inconvenient to adjust, I think a dial or knob would have been easier. I love the colour, I dont know why the red colored one is more expensive.
Have dreamt for quite long to buy this aggregate. Finally, thanks to my hubby, it's in my kitchen now. Packaging and Delivery were superb, now a few words on its performance:
Have tried all 3 paddles with diff density dough, i.e. prepared meringue, cookies, sponge cake, bread and even paneer-added pastry. In all cases mixer worked flawlessly. The best part is yet to come as i've ordered an ice-cream making attachment. Yeah!
I dont really care for scratches, noise or weight of the mixer, far important aspects for me are its performance and quality. Hope to use it for years. Recommended!
I bought the Artisan Design Series 4.8L Tilt-Head Stand Mixer mid-January, 2019. It came well packed. Since then, I've used the stand mixer to make white bread, whole-wheat bread and cookies. It works efficiently and quietly. It’s big bowl allows sufficient space for rising of dough to make bread. The various speeds allows one to be precise about the kneading required. One drawback is that with very hard dough e.g. with whole wheat dough (about 500gms) it does make more noise than usual and heats up. I'm very happy with my purchase and thank Amazon for their efficient services and delivery.
I love this mixer... My only issue is the ceramic coating on the paddle attachment which cracks and bits of paint keeps falling off...making us unsure of whether it's falling in our mixture. Hence, can't use the ceramic coated attachments without fear. Also, the lid is tricky coz it wobbles and doesn't fit properly. If the ceramic coated attachments were given without the coating like the whisk attachment is, would have been better.
Box was not sealed. The Styrofoam packing inside the box was in pieces. The paint on the mixer was chipped in several places. The piece was grimy and looked liked it had been used for display by a showroom. Even the power cord was coated in a thick layer of dust. And the instruction manual was dog eared and damaged.
