I have bought this TV during Great Indian Festival season and delivered to me on dt 04/10/2019. 1. After repeatedly contacting LG the T V was installed after 3days, and the installation person did not cooperate, he installed as per his wish. 2.This TV has a free WiFi dongle and sim from Jio. It is worst to say that the LG installation person provided me the wrong dongle which is not with the LG TV, that's why Jio does not activate the 84 days data plan. This was only known by me after calling Jio customer care. With repeatedly calling to LG customer care they did not solve my problem. After approaching LG authorised service centre Techno care, Jabalpur the owner of that service centre just behave rudely and not listen my problem. The installation person did not receive my call. LG is very bad company. 3. Within one month the TV hangs during screen sharing. Now LG not solving my problem and just delaying. 4. My recommendation do not buy any LG TV. 5. No after sell service.
