Update after 1.5 months of the issue :
No resolution yet, Hisense promised a new replacement TV after 10 days of the issue however, even after 45 days of the complaint. replacement TV not provided. I have lodged a complaint in the consumer forum now.
Repeating, DO NOT BUY the HISENSE BRAND TV. they are frauds, cheats.
They will not be providing post sales service.
Update after 25 days of the issue:
TV issue has still not being fixed by Hisense Support. They say will take more days to fix it..Mind you, issue is foing on from last 25 days.. display is not working at all..DO NOT BUY!
1 Month feedback: TV display gone black not working, lodged a complaint with Hisense:
Everything is good till you face any issue in the TV and trust me you will face because of the quality of the product.
My TV display has gone black..i.e. No display coming but sound is coming.
I contacted Hisense for service support as my TV is in 1 yr comprehensive warranty and 5 YR Panel warranty.
After , lodging the complaint, I started to wait and wait till atleast 6 days..after chasing atleast 20 times over call and writing several bad mails to hisense, service Engineer finally calls but misses the schedule appointment...again wait starts for 4 more days and after writing mail to hisense that I will be visiting consumer court, service engineer shows up..
Next, what happens surprised me and will you too because, that service person could not even open the TV back cover in even 2 hours. yes 2 hours, so I simply asked him, did he not get training of this 43 inch 4k hisense TV model repair and he tells me, he is not a company employee but a vendor who has 8-9 brands Service responsibility of repairing.
He didn't got the training from hisense yet..so he calls his manager/boss and asks for guidance but still doesn't able to open the TV except for few screws..
Then, he tells me after checking few things that TV panel will needed to be changed.. simple..and says, he will comeback after 4-5 days with a new panel to fix the TV. Which now I am guessing that he will only come, post I again calls customer care atleast 10 times...so TV is still not working and I am thinking..I did a HUGEEEE MISTAKE buying this brand and trusting it...
Will update when the guy comes with the panel..if he ever comes...
Conclusion : DO NOT BUY !
