Pros:
-Compact.
-Good Build.
-Quick to start.
-Great espresso shots.
Cons:
-No single-shot basket is provided.
-Terrible customer service.
-portafilter is too loose, causing leakage of water and coffee.
-Water leakage form protafilter and from the bottom of the machine.
-While frothing the milk, a large of water is dispensed that the milk becomes watery. Even after avoiding the first burst of water form the steam nozzle.
-The box was not brand new. It was damaged.
Overall it’s a good machine. Really good espresso shots. However, the gasket, The portafilter, and steaming system need significant improvement.
I am sure Team Russel Hobbs can work on these tweaks and make this machine great again.
