Outstanding sound quality and worst ever customer support

I just checked my order history on Amazon, I bought 504 items in last 6 months. This is my first review after all this time.
My review is in two parts.
1. Product Quality.
I have Sony OLED and I thought no gadget could be better than this beast. This AVR proved me wrong. OLED still comes top of my gadget love list but this comes right after that and even struggling to reach on top. I have never experienced such crisp and clear sound. Its like real like sound is not HD hahaha I will not go into details, this product should be worth 1 lakh rupees.
2. Customer Service.
Oh my, Oh my. This compelled me to write the review after all this time because I am very busy person. After a one month of magical experience, AVR's main PCB burnt for some reason. (Its not a product fault, maybe I was unlucky) I placed contact to service center and they said NO WARRANTY for Amaon purchase! I was like, what? Then I contacted the seller, he wasted my two days and nothing happened. I was desperate to get it fixed as its the best thing happened to me recently so I went to service center and paid 15000 in repairs. I also emailed and called Yamaha head office asked Did I not pay GST? why no warranty? but they are morons, didnt even reply.
Overall, I am so in love with the product that I dont mind that 15000 repair cost but it highly unethical. So cosider Yamaha products as Chinese, 0 Warranty.
P.S: Service center guys were the most RUDE people I have ever experienced in my whole life. Unfortunately, have to go to them and bear the insult as you have no other option. There are two service centers in Delhi and both owned by same owner.
