Actually this product is delivered on 02/11/2019. Usually after the product is delivered, the installation group has to be called to customer and they have to fix some slot to install. Unfortunately nobody and never call and try to start the the installation process. Regarding this matter several times complaint to amazon and hitachi service centre.Then all the times they simply said wait for another 48 hours.Till today they are not atleast try to solve the installation process.So if you do not have plenty of patience, please dont buy this product. Dont be a another victim of HITACHI TV. Regrding installation process i dont have option to give less than a single star rating to HITACHI TV service centre.
