3.0 out of 5 starsgood monitor with a few problems
18 June 2019
everything was perfect except a few dead pixels which doesn't show red colour, and bottom half of the screen was pale compared to the top and the difference is visible watching movies. had to return it.
I like the product very much in starting I didn't liked because I was using 22" monitor and suddenly this was 27" so I wasn't comfortable while playing games but after 2-3 days it was kinda normal and I got use to it monitor colour and resolution quality it good you have to do lil settings with colour and ods settings and you are good to go,it is value for money for gaming in 22500 you getting 144hz and 1ms response time with 1080p that to 27"
Well.. I have a MSI gaming laptop which has a mini display port, and this monitor truly supports 144 HZ through display port.. all I needed was a mini display port to big display port cable, which i also purchased from amazon. Now with this 27 inch monitor I can play games with smooth frame rates and 3d games also.
The best thing is for 20499 I got 144 HZ support and that too 27 inch. Just try to find these two combos in around 20K
Been using this for couple of weeks now and I am very much happy with the purchase. Using HDMI I can push it to 144Hz and get good FPS in games. For movies/videos, it provides a great experience. Although some natural low light scenes may for dark lines, but it is minor and specific to cases. Screen has good build, but the stand could have an improvement. With slight tap, it wobbles due to the low grip of stand, but that again is nothing major. Display angles are good, not the best but serves my requirement well. Buttons on the monitor are easy to navigate/use. So overall it is worth the price tag.
Not IPS panel but TN panel is serving really good. Using the monitor for about a month now and it has become one if my favourite monitor. Its good for gaming, 144hz is really perfect. Frankly speaking i cant make out between 144 and 240hz. If you are looking for value for money and casual gaming then i would prefer this one. Pro gamers can get this one but they wont be satisfied. Only problem i faced is the stand. I cant adjust the height. Only tilt adjustment is there.
I would rate it like 4.2-4.5. Pretty good for gaming and best value for money (got it for 19k) available but if you wanna watch movies, do editing its kind of average because of poor contrast ratio and color are also not that great too so look for your priorities gaming or other stuff.
And ya i tried connecting 2 laptops from hdmi for 1080p 144hz it worked for 1 flawlessly for the another one it caused some instability. So its recommend to you dp port instead.
Finally verdict : Just go with it if you will mainly game on it
(Speakers are just bad nothing good in it but who cares about speakers in monitor XD)
