Totally not satisfied with Amazon services - can't return even if says 10 days returnable

1st thing first you can't register this product in JBL website so no way of making sure this product is genuine.
2nd even if you want to return this product as it says "10 days return policy", customer service won't let you. If you say you are not satisfied with the sound amazon will say your ears are bad.
3rd this is SE so JBL connect won't work with it.
4th I have been on call with customer service for about 5 days everyday and can't find out a way to register this product. But still they won't take my return as this is not a valid reason to return.
5th go to JBL store if the difference is of 500 bucks as you will be sure you bought the genuine JBL
