Worst product.see the cons below 1.They say that this needs to be bought along with the phone. Even if you have placed separate orders in gap of few hours this will not be available to you
2. This doesn't cover Loss or theft, so not a full insurance coverage as such.
3.Their customer support is not equipped completely. My phone purchased still not reflects in their portal and CS team has no clue what's going on and haven't provided remedy yet. They claim that they are startup and their systems are migrating to new platform.
4. in case your plan is not activated automatically for any reason you need to manually send them the photos of the Phone, Invoice copy of Phone and Insurance. So please be careful here and if you have already purchased this make sure you have the insurance document. Also please check the start date and end date as well.
I don't have the experience of claim from Acko yet, but going by the experience so far I am sure my claim process wouldn't be smooth.
