KINDLY READ BEFORE BUYING IT...

I NEED TO RETURN MONEY FOR IT. Actually its not charging my vivo phone fully not even 2 times and gets discharge soon. Also at 50%, its charge mobiles just for few minutes and get discharge fully. Also its very difficult to charge power bank itself and itself NOT getting charge with most of the charging Cable. I LIKE TO HAVE MYONEY BACK, INSTEAD SELLER/AMAZON HAD GIVEN OPTION FOR ONLY REPLACE (NOT RETURN FOR MONEY) ... WASTE PRODUCT... DO NOT BUY IT...

I bought this power bank because of the trust I had in ambrane but the build quality of the product is very cheap. The plastic cover of the torch LED light came off within two days. I have a one plus 3(3000 mAh) which I can charge only twice fully, third time it is charging till 70 percent only. Since the power bank is 10000 mAh it should charge the phone 3 times ...so Im bit disappointed. Don't know next whether I will be able recommend ambrane to others. Sorry ambrane.

The product is not up to the mark....not even charge my phone 2 time also....I want to get it replaced ( as may BHI it's not working as it should) or return....
Initial days it charges 2 times completely atleast but now it is not...so I request you to pls do the needful ..

Its an amazing product, with a good battery backup nd awesome built quality.. But the charging time of the power bank, is very high.. It takes a lot of time to get charged.. So basically I will give 4stars out of 5.. And am satisfied.. Well done Amazon..

Bought this power bank from Ambrane but stopped working exactly 3 months later. When reached out to Amazon, they say they can replace on a complaint lodged less than 10 days. However, they directed me to Ambrane customer care who in turn re-directed me to take the product to a service center. I was asking for a replacement as it is still under warranty. But the customer care rep insists that I take it to a service center and get it repaired.

The power bank's design is such that the micro USB port is ingressed to far Into the plastic. This means that the port connectors are located too far back for many standard sized chargers to reach. So use the provided USB cable to charge or use a non-standard sized micro USB cable to charge your power bank. I personally use the Xiaomi charging cable. It charges perfectly. Just putting this information because the manufacturer doesn't seem to address the issue. Sad.

Build quality is poor , and the charging socket on power bank is too inside oly the cable what thy have given to be used , with normal charger cabel the PB doesn't charge
