Pathetic customer service by Blue Star

I got the product on 31st Oct, when I call bluestar customer service, they said that they would be sending someone to install within 24 hours, I get a message that with the person name and phone number will be coming at 2 o'clock, I waited but still the person didn't turn off when I called the person whose phone kept on being busy, again I have to check with the blue star customer service they say that the technicians are not going to come today will be coming tomorrow, this was really not expected that when I call, then they update me they don't even bother to send a message to clients saying that the work will not be done today but tomorrow... I want to return the product back..
