Do not expect immediate support from LG

I ordered LG 1.5ton 5star ac from Amazon. Now LG is showing stars to me during installation itself. Delivered on Saturday Mar 16 2019. Installation should happen in 48 hrs but it started late on tuesday Mar 19 2019. The technician who came is not an expert and connected my old ac copper lines to new lg though I asked him if old copper pipes are ok to use.. he said yes and connected to new ac. also he leaked all gas from out door unit. Later service agency sent another technician to fill gas and he said we need to change copper pipes. Later he went and some other guy came to change copper pipes. Now this is 4th day from delivery date and still not complete my ac installation. Service agency supervisor says one more day.
Now I am feeling like the new ac as old with all this mess. Whom to blame here .. LG/ Amazon or poor knowledge technician? I should blame myself for buying lg ac. Will never ever buy any lg product in future and will stop my friends or family try to buy LG products.
I would like to have a replacement else for my fate I have to to live with this messy LG product.
LG help lines are hopeless.. one doesn't work and other won't connect.
Installation got completed on 5th day from delivery. It's more than a month I am using the AC. It's good. However now I got a call from LG service to rectify my problem. Then I told them I do not have any problem now. But they said.. Amazon is continuously escalating to resolve the issue as I gave least rating. I should thank Amazon for that. Really did good job in follow up.
