Absolutely rubbish product and services
First of all from product point of view:
AC stopped working in less than 1 month of usage, both indoor unit and outdoor unit was fried because of power, where the other appliances are working fine, this shows the quality of product itself.
On opening the service request, first they tried to change the faulty items and SLA is 3 days ,but since the faulty parts were not available it was committed that the complete unit has to be changed SLA 5 days.
From Godrej services point of view
Committed SLA for identifying issue was 3 days, from the begining it was known that they dont have the parts to change still it took them 3 days to raise change request.
Next came the SLA for replacement which was committed to be 5 working days.
After multiple calls and followups only false commitments there is no sign of AC and worst there is no tracking mechanism.
its been a nightmare dealing with the services after multiple followup there is no accountability.
Please don't buy any product/Services from Godrej,if you do please be ready to do a deal with their unprofessional services and countless followup with their services team , backend team, warehouse team etc etc....
