The photo shown and actual piece differs. Kumkum, haldi and chawal were missing in many of the boxes. (we had ordered 21 pieces for our employees as diwali gift). The worst thing was it was pointed out by the employees.

Looks like seller deleted my last review , as it was negative, the gift cards were unredeemable , complained 3-4 times and got it activated in 4 days , product was ok but took 9 days to deliver , now redeemed , ok !

Worst Experience with gift card

Worst product ever I have seen in Amazon. It's about 20 days today that I am not able to add my gift card in my Amazon account and the whole team is still not able to find the solution till date. I have spent ~6 hours in total in explaining my grievance to each and every customer care executive and that too with no outcome.

Bought this card in physical form for Diwali and gifted them to my colleagues - who tried to add them to their pay balances.
None of the 15 cards worked. I have called up Amazon as they insisted that the person who purchased should be the person who calls up in case there is a problem.

I called up more that 6 times but the problem is not resolved. Now my friends are returning the card saying - thanks but 'No thanks' too much of a hassle to add the amount to their pay balance.
