Tepid storytelling and no climax
19 June 2018
It's typical Robert Langdon plot. A protagonist trying to save the world. It's not the best work of Brown. His style is to set up clues that his protagonist decipher, and a little twist and unpredictability, and at the end a revelation with surprise. This book fails miserably in the climax. You see it coming. No surprises. It's kind of tepid. Last 50 pages should be exhilarating, but it's not here.
I still think " Angels and Demons" is the best
