Worst Product. Please don’t buy it

I bought this TV on 15 May 2018 from Amazon at a cost of Rs. 54,890/- after googling through a number of brands and watching the YouTube reviews and finally made up mind for this product (TCL 139.7 cm (55 inches) L55P2MUS Android M 4K UHD LED Smart TV (Gold)) as I was fully satisfied with the reviews posted by the customers posted on amazon. This TV seemed to be the best with all those vibrant features and at this cost. Finally the TV was delivered at my new home and wall mounted by the TCL service executive. Till mid June 2018 the TV was working to its best but the June end came to me as a worst surprise when we noticed that the screen started becoming entirely dark from left hand side. I reported this matter to the TCL Service executive and he asked me to log a complaint to TCL customer service. I did as directed and logged a complaint to TCL on 3 July 2018. Till August beginning there was no response from TCL side and after continuous calling finally in mid-August, 2018 the couple of parts which include the Led screen, Motherboard and few more parts were replaced. I was expecting the replacement of the entire TV as it was malfunctioning in just 2 months of its purchase but TCL decided to replace only few parts. I have no option but to accept whatever solution is given by the company. The TV functioned properly for two more months till 20-Nov-2018 and the same issue of screen darkening from left hand side cropped up again on 21-Nov-2018. I was told to contact customer care again and log a fresh complaint again. I logged a new complaint on 22-November-2018. As of today when I am writing this review and I am still waiting for the replacement. I am requesting all not to buy this TV at all as it is the worst of its kind. Invest a little more money and buy a better brand TV than buying this worst product at little lower cost. I am highly disappointed with this product from TCL. Please beware of this TV from TCL.
