Product is good but after-sales service is worst

The product itself is good. However, sharing my experience with Wonderchef after-sales service that turned out to be one of the poorest we have ever seen by a product company. Bought this product in August 2017, it stopped working on 27th Feb 2018. Raised a complaint same day and since than have contacted customer care about ten times but till date not even a single visit by the technician. Standard reply "give us maximum 24-48 hours" but all promises turning out to be false. Apparently, they are trying to arrange a part which seems to be the motor and they are not able to arrange for almost three weeks now. For this reason, I would recommend trying some other product.
