1. Product colour ordered was Wine Silver. But product delivered in Blue colour. 2. Geyser stopped working on 07/12/2018. CC1812103828. Ref. No. 9930. Call was allocated to Krish Enterprises(KE). Technician came on 08/12/2018 and checked the fault and said it was tripped. He pushed the trip button and the Geyser started working. Again on 10/12/2018 it stopped working New CC No. 1812071615. I was told by KE that its Thermostat is defective and within two days new Thermostat will be fitted. Though I was insisting to change the Geyser but nobody botherd about this and after my continues calling ten times a day and reminding them to take corrective action, finally new Thermostat was fitted by KE on 15/12/2018 and the complaint was closed on 16/12/2018. 3. Today i.e. 17/12/2018 again it stopped working. CC no. 1812171915 and the complaint has been forwarded to KE and I was told by the CC departement's Mr. Manish that within next 24-48 hours somebody from KE will visit and diagnose the problem and then only corrective action will be taken. 4. My request is that in this kind of case when we know that the piece is defective, why does'nt the company replace this piece with a new one or otherwise the company/KE want the cutomer to suffer. 5. If any R&D is to be done, it should not be done at our expenses and time.

"Usha" the trusted Indian old brand, because of brand name only i purchased this product. The product stop working with-in 15 days of purchase, as an electronic item we consider such a breakdown. When i called to customer service they immediately logged my complaint, send confirmation massage for complaint but the technician called me after one month of complaint logging and ask for problem, such delay in rectification is not acceptable as it comes under daily need category. Now second time it is out of work, again i logged complaint but this time i purchase other brand water heater so that i can manage delay in rectification process.
Had purchase these in the month of December 2014. It is May 2016 and I am having to change it. The materials used in the product cannot handle water which has a lot of iron content (the water in my area has a lot of iron content) and there was a leakage in the product. Net net, I have to change the heater as it is spoiling my bathroom decor.
Product is average in look and feel. I had issues with the product in first 15 days and I got reasonably good support from USHA support center. One thing I am not happy about is "I purchased this product under Independence day sale which committed Rs.1000 cashback and that has not happened yet nor I have received any communication on that"
