Terrible quality plastics and pathetic customer service by Panasonic

Never buy Panasonic
It has been less than a year for the purchase. One of the jars of the juicer ( the one you collect juice in) cracked. It was not mishandled or dropped, but it cracked in normal wash n care routine. Number one this reflects on the quality of materials used. Clearly it is such inferior quality plastic that it cracked without any misuse.
Post contacting customer care for Panasonic, they gave me the number of the local area in-charge. Mind you that being a multinational company, Panasonic does not even have a system to raise a complaint. You are dependant on the mercy of the area manager. I have contacted the area manager at least 10 times now over the last month. The only response i get is that quote “I will inform you in some days.”
This service person has not bothered to check what jar, how it broke etc. He is just sitting on the issue and not providing any help. On contacting the customer service, they just, merely apologise saying sorry we can’t do anything.

1. Poor build quality and materials
2. Cheap plastic and breaks easily
3. Difficult to clean and maintain
4. Non-existent customer care and customer service.
Finally, such an expensive product with no customer service is not worth putting your money into. There are cheaper versions at half the price and the better ones now avaiilable in similar price range.
Avoid this one and opt for better alternatives like kuvings in similar price.
