Heating issue. Even after spending so much when one is not satisfied, Amazon should allow customer to get refund. If not refund, at least give the option to choose other phone. Even the retailers will consider to take some other mobile. Saying we don't have refund policy will not help your customer, please consider revising your policy. What is the guarantee that the new replacement will not have the same issue? Highly disappointed with Amazon. You have already lost a customer. Thanks.
