Not upto the mark.....mever expected this from inalsa
13 October 2018
Now a days market is full of Electronic products and if someone is loyal to any product the company if coming with mew models, should have maintain the quality if they are not able to improve it.
I was using inalsa fiesta since 2010...then newly limited use of this mixie. It worked like butter and never had any issue except replacement of jars (which are very economical) two or three times.
In 2018 we decided to buy new mixie with more power and zeroed in on Inalsa Marvella.... at start it was good as its opder sibling....after two months of use its knob broke (service guy told me it is the common problem in this model) it stopped making atta dough as blade stopped moving....inalsa service guy when opened it for repair...the plastic rotor grooves were almost gone.....such wear and tear in this small time was never expected....this problem never happened in the older model in whole 8 years. I am all disappointed with this inalsa marvella machine which is costlier but inferior.
