This is a newer launch in India. I bought this product as I am not a big fan of expensive filter bags in vaccuum cleaners and the maintenance costs associated. The build quality is not as great as the the whole product is made of plastic and the lid that opens in the cyclonic tube is flimsy. The fit is not also not perfect. The suction power was okay in the first week and gradually, the motor started making more noise and the suction power reduced dramatically. Don't get me wrong, I have cleaned the container and ensured that there's no problem with the airflow. After a month, The product became so noisy and useless in suction power that I had to call the customer care multiple times before they could pick it up from my home. This is where is got worse. Every other day I followed up with the company on the progress and I was promised that the vaccuum cleaner will be returned to me the next day. According to the service guys, the motor accumulated dust inside and this buildup needs to be cleared by the service team every 2 months. (What a way to make money off service?) It's been 3 weeks now, and the customer service isn't sure where my product is. I called up the bangalore office, the chennai office and the Mumbai office (Mr Suresh Goklani) without any answers. The status of the complaint, as per Eureka forbes record is "Open" without any mention of where my product is or whether it is repaired or not. Horrible experience.
My suggestion: Please do not opt for a Eureka forbes product in India as the product quality is not at par with their products abroad and opt for other companies.
