Defective or duplicate

Bought this product after using the same model for about 7 years. But the product didn't match the earlier quality. Touchpad is not responding properly. Machine going on standby at higher power. I was about to return the product within the stipulated period but thought may be the entire range of model has become bad in term of quality from manufacturer side. But found out recently the product works just fine in my inlaws house. May be the product i was supplied was defective or duplicate. I don't know if i can get an exchange. Being a regular amazon buyer, i expect a solution.

We basically bought this for whistle counting feature but to our disappointment it didn't working as it should be. Almost every time it missed the first two whistles.. Also around the panel, there is a rubber lining to avoid liquid ingress into machine but I highly suspect it works as desired.. There are high chances water may get into the machine. So careful with that.. All other functions are pretty handy. If you are okay with that.. You can go ahead with this.

I had the same induction which was working fine for two years so thought of getting another one. Now this one completely stopped working after a month and a half. May be I got something defective. Coming to the customer care , I must rate it zero if Amazon could make it possible. They have been expediting my matter since 10 days. Aweful!! Prestige isn't prestigious anymore ! Not buying anything from prestige again

Worst product..... I have brought this prestige induction cooktop on 25th july, 2017 and today i tried to cook but its not working. very upset. Sorry no ratings.

Body got damage with in 2 months of use. Touch buttons and indicators are not working. Tried customer service but nothing for satisfaction.

Very bad product sent by Amazon ,,, in 10 days it started troubling and need to take to service center and they said ,,, need to change motherboard and few internal parts , although it's done in warranty, but not satisfied , new product and major defect unbelievable,,, it seems like this seller has sent old defect piece instead of New one ,,,, in old bottle ,, New Wine type. ,,,, I request Amazon Network to Look after such crupt sellers and shouldn't allow them to sale anything through Amazon.

It stopped working within two months and service centre repaired it once but again stopped working and got it repaired but it won’t work so threw the piece in garbage....
