Bought this product after using the same model for about 7 years. But the product didn't match the earlier quality. Touchpad is not responding properly. Machine going on standby at higher power. I was about to return the product within the stipulated period but thought may be the entire range of model has become bad in term of quality from manufacturer side. But found out recently the product works just fine in my inlaws house. May be the product i was supplied was defective or duplicate. I don't know if i can get an exchange. Being a regular amazon buyer, i expect a solution.
I had the same induction which was working fine for two years so thought of getting another one. Now this one completely stopped working after a month and a half. May be I got something defective. Coming to the customer care , I must rate it zero if Amazon could make it possible. They have been expediting my matter since 10 days. Aweful!! Prestige isn't prestigious anymore ! Not buying anything from prestige again
