Good Product, Works Fine

Just bought bajaj majesty duetto 6L gas water heater on amazon and get it installed by bajaj serviceman. At first, this product looks really nice and after installation works very nicely. It starts and stops automatically as you turn your tap on or off respectively. It provides instant hot water continuously till 20 minutes cutoff time. It works on LPG gas and two batteries at the bottom of it.
On purchase, it did not come with required accessories like batteries, pvc pipes, gas pipe and regulator etc. All this needs to be managed separatly with the bajaj serviceman upon installation.
This heater needs proper ventilation, hence one may need to take special care of it.
As of now I like this product, but needs to see it's performance in the coming 3-4 months.

Bajaj is not feeling responsible for EVEN PAID INSTALLATION ALSO

INSTALLATION IS NOT PRVIDED BY AMAZON. And even BAJAJ Electrical company customer care have taken the request and technicians are just delegating the work to others from 3days even for PAID INSTALLATION ALSO.

Please don't purchase this bajaj majesty duetto gas geyser. I have made two times return request as this model has problem in the regulator. Better go with V-Guard which is far good compared to Bajaj.

Do not buy this products, because of i am buying this products. first 1 month is working good, but after 2 to 6 months later Gas lick, gas smelling in this gas geezer.

I was very impressed with the package - neatly done. It also comes with connectors to be fitted to the Geyser. You will have to buy the pipes (inlet and outlet) separately. A good set of pliers should be enough for assembling the Geyser - can be done in 10 mins flat if you have the tools and the pipe. Build quality and finish is quite good too. The piezo ignition could have been better - it generally fires for a couple of seconds before igniting the flames. The control knobs are of poor quality, actually quite flimsy. It fits the needs of a family of 4 easily. The best thing about these geysers is that you get hot water as soon as you turn on the knob and don't have to switch on and wait for the hot water.

Worst product one could buy. The product is not working from the time we installed it. I have had 2 technician come to repair the heater but they have no knowledge of the product and unable to rectify the heater

When I installed it with the help of local plumber it is not working from the starting itself. I don't know whom to contact. I am in a rural place. My money is wasted on this product. Return also not accepting. Wat to do.

Geyser received self installed battery extra purchased water inlet and outlet pipe purchased gas regulator and pipe purchased . So total expense 6000 happens. Now only two days over geyser working nicely. Let me see the porformance.
