You can consider this book as nice trailer or a sneak peek of Marx's great work. Reading this might give you the idea how lost we are from the real purpose of education and democratic politics. If you want to completely understand 'left' this book can be a good starting point and then you can move to other more detailed books.
I gave it 4 stars as it does the job of introducing Marx brilliantly, but the poor editing leaves much to be desired, at best, a bad taste and, at worst, makes it difficult to comprehend the text. recommended for beginners in politics and philosophy .
Well. Really got to know a lot about Marxism, socialism and dialectic materialism and communism. I am not sure why communism has not survived through the 20th and 21st century. And capitalism has survived so long along with democracy. I mean this idea or philosophy that the working labour class should be treated equally with the bourgoise class. I guess with the fall of USSR during the cold War might bring some more clarity on it. Have to read further on this at some point of time.
