I hereby to inform you that I enjoyed the LIVPURE harassement services for last one year being taken a two year AMC for my RO. I really enjoyed a lot because I deserve this for being a LIVPURE customer. I m very thankful to these people
SANDEEP CHAUHAN - 7042252194 - Post every 100 days I received a sms that my maintenance is due and been assigned to this engineer who never contacted me in an year and never pick up the phone, every time upon follow ups the call being assigned to someone else and take a month time to attend.
SHASHI RAI(Current Area Incharge) and Ex(Prior than him) I found them good for nothing as my issues stayed unresolved and I continued to drank water from the RO(unsure about it's quality) post the maintenance.
I m very much thankful to these people as well as LIVPURE for such kind of service providers. I think the customers from other players in market like KENT, AQUAGUARD etc will be surely feeling jealous of me as they are being deprived of LIVPURE harassment services. I hardly have any personal grudges with these above mentioned people. Once again I m very thankful to LIVPURE Bank for providing me such HARASSING services and would request to withdraw my AMC and refund my money ASAP.
