IT'S TERRIBLE. * There was no service before this issue

I brought this extended warranty for my MacbookPro. In the warranty period of apple, there was no issue. But, after the apple's warranty over, I found a broad white vertical line on the screen. I didn't worry because then it was under the warranty period of OnsiteGo.
So, I registered a complain. They picked up my device after 7 days by a third party return courier service "NuvoEx". The consignment was received at onsite go after 7 days.
When I called after the 5 days of received, they informed that the device have physical damage and the warranty seal was broken. IT'S TERRIBLE.
* There was no service before this issue, so how the warranty seal can be broken.
When I received the device, I found the that there is a damage near the power button by a blunt object. As I had given the device in good physical condition, so who did this. ???
I will request you NOT TO BUY this product or any product from OnsiteGo. Better go for authenticated warranty service given by Apple. I know it is costlier, but you need not to worry.
