ONSITE SECURE - King of Fraud
on 18 May 2016
ONSITE SECURE is FRAUD and does not have a genuine business model.
I can explain how they operate. They are not dedicated to fix your phone, rather once they receive a phone/handset with slightest of the issues, they will just take away all the handy and useful parts and replace it with the non-functional parts. Also, they have a process where you need to sign an agreement/make a declaration before you can hand over the handset (to be repaired) to the pick-up executive.....the declaration goes like this: I have received my phone/handset fully fixed by ONSITE SECURE and I have no issues on this.
Just think about it... this is height of fraud....before you actually receive the fixed handset or even before the handset has been initiated to be fixed...you have to make this kind of a declaration.
The effect of which is pretty eminent....you cannot charge them on this issues explained above (functional parts replaced with Non-functional parts)...because you don't have any option left.
Just to give you an example: if you have a problem only with the charging pin built inside the handset and everything else is working fine. You call ONSITE SECURE, they will send an executive to pick-up your handset. Now, as I explained earlier, you need to sign the agreement first (that the handset has been fully fixed by ONSITE SECURE and it does not have any issue), only then the pick-up executive will collect your handset and will send it to their workshop. Now, if this is solely an issue with charging pin, still they will re-format it (doesn't matter even if you have requested them several times not to do it...or even if it is absolutely necessary for the purpose of repair, you requested them to inform you beforehand). The reason being (re-formatting), they will take out the best parts of your handset, like original battery, processor, chips etc., and will replace it with the defective parts which will, eventually, create a lot of other issues which you have not experienced before you have given it to them to repair. So, you will have to call them again and again due to the new issues found, which creates a vicious cycle. In the meantime, they will also charge you with the some additional amounts which they have claimed to be paid in order to fix your phone and claimed to be not covered under your policy.
And this is not the end....the last page of the agreement which you have to sign first before handing over your handset to be repaired, states that ONSITE SECURE has made the following expenses in order to fix the item (and the amount of which is always blank)...and they will get this amount back from The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. (since The New India Assurance reimburse ONSITE SECURE for any expenses incurred).
So, ONSITE SECURE's business model is really smart.
1. Get a handset to be repaired n take out all the useful parts (INCOME NUMBER 1),
2. Quote any amount to The New India Assurance for the purpose of fixing any item (INCOME NUMBER 2),
3. Charge Customers with additional expenses which is caused due to their initial fix (replace useful parts with defective parts).
So really they deserve this title "KING OF FRAUD".
