Poor or lack of service, Delivered defects product.

Pigeon service is poor. I buy a Sterling DLX / 60cm on 22 October 2017, but today (05/11/2017) not installed the product. So many days service man commited Installed no body is come. I called them ( service man Mr Amit & his supervisor Mr. Subrata Chowdhury ) many times but phone ringing, they don't pick-up the call. What am I doing.... please tell me.....
