No proper customer care number for repair or replacement

I ordered a Boya BY M1 microphone with a one year warranty, tried it a few days ago and found that it isnt working. I followed all the instructions to get the product working and tried every possible way, trying it in laptop and smartphone both, installing 3rd party app to record voice, and contacting their service in China and following their instructions which includes the method I already tried.
Now the customer service in India and China are just making me run in circles, the Amazon service says contact the Chinese helpline, and they are instructing to contact vendor in India. The Indian service is sharing the same Chinese contact info again and again and none of an Indian helpline service.
I am sick now of the service provided for this product, the review in youtube is contrasting. This should have been a good experience with a budget microphone but sadly wasn't.. I wanted to work on recording my voice for important projects and now I am helpless.
