Excellent quality and very affordable. Brown rice is what people should be eating. Just the outer husk is removed (which is also a healthy component). You get rice with all its bran and germ intact. All the nutrients in the rice grain are preserved in brown rice. People would do well to completely avoid eating white rice. White rice has a poor nutrient density - no fiber, no nutrients, lots of simple sugars. The 5kg bag is economical. Here you also get the rice as an organic product. Cannot go wrong!
