Extremely dissatisfied, especially from a brand like NetGear. I’ve ordered this product with high hopes.
The UI is good and setup was also fast, but good interface does not call a router good. After setting up the Wifi I was casually carrying away with my office work(which is not bandwidth hungry), happy and content that I’m using a reputed brand. But my daughter came to me told that she isn’t able to watch YouTube. I tried to reconnect the Wi-Fi, but it would almost always fail. Then I had to restart the mobile. I had to do this 10 more times as every time the connection would stop working and disconnecting and reconnecting wifi from the mobile won’t help. Very frustrating. Till the previous day it was working perfectly fine with my old router.
Then problem started happening even with my laptop. I had to keep restarting the router. Even I did a continuous ping to the google public DNS, I found that packets were dropping. Very unhappy and hence returned the product and bought another brand(which I’m happily using since yesterday). I had to call up amazon customer care to initiate the return as only replacement option was visible from the website.
Would have rated it 1 star but didn’t have the heart to do so.

* Range: Less than what I used to get from my old 5db antenna router. Should be sufficient a standard 2BHK single floor.
* Wall mount: Yes
* Dual band: No
* Removable antenna: No
* ADSL compatibility: No
* Recommend it: No... especially when lowered priced routers with excellent build quality are available.
