Guys This is a super helpful supplement for your heart as well as your healty Body weight!!
FIRSTLY WHEN I BOUGHT IT, I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO COOK QUAKER OATS!
THEN I SAW SOME YOUTUBE VIDEOS AND COOKED IT. BUT THAT WAS NEAR TO TASTELESS!
THEN I MADE MY OWN RECIPE
1) 3/4 CUP OF OATS
2) 2 CUPS OF MILK (I KNOW IT IS MORE THAN WHAT OTHER SAYS, BUT IT HELPS)
3) SMALL AMOUNT OF SALT (AS PER YOU)
4) 1 TBSP SUGAR (DON'T BE BRAVE BY ADDING HONEY CAUSE THAT WILL MESS EVERYTHING UP)
HOW TO COOK:
Add 2 cups of milk and 3/4 cup oats together. (DON'T try to add oats while milk is boiling cause that will make your oats glue like). Then simply turn on the induction or Gas and simply wait until the milk boils, now add salt and sugar then turn off the induction.
There you have it. You wait until it gets somewhat cold. And Eat it in a delicious way as you like.
