Poor qualuty product caught fire and blasted in kicthen.

Worst product by Amazon , seems duplicate or local device delivered. The device was short cercuited twice and even after we complaint to Phillips team their technician could not identify the fault and after days it gave a major fire spark and got blasted.
I have to replace the induction as soon as possible and want a new original product from amazon or 100 percent replacement cost back.
This is a severe concern while I was cooking in kitchen and the induction got fire all of the sudden.

I am using for my daily cooking. It has never given me any problem. Though during the first use, I had used the wrong utensil and the induction refused to work :). I thought the product has some fault and was worried but when used with an induction compatible utensil it worked like a gem.
The best part is that even after milk or oil spillage there is no issue. It also comes with preset menus. It heats fast for cooking, it is user-friendly and can be cleaned easily.
I am sure it can serve individual or couple needs very well. Thumbs Up!

Received damaged product.. I saw many review s and complaint s on this .. But still i went ahead and purchased this considering my previous experiences.. But still i received damaged product.. So returning it.

Malfunctioned within few months of sparse usage. Never used more than 10mins in one go and used not more than 30 cycles of cooking of instant noodles. I think it’s time to leave the thought “ PHILIPS EQUALS QUALITY” behind and move on to other brands.

I have purchased this product during later part of 2016 and now I am reviewing this product after using more than 24-months and my observation are as below:

- For setting, it's very easy
- Quality is good but some thing inside it is in loose condition and gives sounds while shake.
- It consumes around 2100W so cooking is happening in quick time.

have been using this cooktop for one year but now i have observed that some plastic part of it from back side has melted down and disshaped bcz of heat. I feel disappointed and already afraid of using it. I want my refund.

The Product Was Delievered In Bad Condition.. The Pin Was Damaged... Then I Applied For The Replacement Of That... Got The New Product Within Four Days... Thanks To Amazon... Amazing Product... Purchased The Product In Lightening Deal With The Cashback Of 10% On Payment Through Amazon Pay Balance... Net Amount 2070/- Including All Taxes And Delievery Charges... The Reason I Am Giving It 4 Star Is That The Wire Is Too Short... But Still Great Deal...

Worst product ever I came across. Stop function just after some time. Power is on, light is on and even my mind is on but the heat is not not. Pathetic experience. Unable to work properly. Dont buy it please.
