Very Bad Customer Service even for Newly bought Products

Initially received a faulty product. Got replaced by Amazon. Just after the return/ replacement period ended the product also became nonfunctional. After repeated email/ phone calls/ chats/ whatapp for many days to Philips a technician took it for repair. Two weeks have passed and now they say a spanner for opening the product is not available and it can be repaired only if they get one. What type of customer service by Philips is this?
