This book is a huge disappointment considering what we know of Twinkle Khanna's amazing last few books and her awesome blog. This book is a dud. It's super boring and it drags. It's basically and excuse to talk about really boring details of someone's ayurveda treatment. And it makes no sense because there's no context either. Not to mention that it's not necessary that everyone's interested in the details of ayurvedic philosophy. That might be interesting if it was part of the story. But she has used this book as an excuse to shove her and husband's new found interest down the throats of us poor readers. We are looking for entertainment and a story and humor. Instead we get a boring treatise on ayurveda and a really dead, slow book.
