The most humble & kind person on earth is @kavitadevgan. Her book is an excellent collection of quick hacks to stay healthy in any weather. It is like having Mom or grandmom around to help with healthy recipes and quick tips. Good Home remedies is #UltimateGrandmotherHacks. Totally loved it! It is now kept on the bedside to refer anytime of the day. Thank you for this book.
The book takes you back in time when grandma advised you to use some kitchen hacks but never had a scientific explanation to it. Kavita fills up for those gaps in this book that explains why that's just the right thing to do. The book is a go to guide for all households and mom's 😊
With our lives being entwined with new age and sometimes disjointed research information, this book let us explore our legacy and makes us appreciate the wisdom of the elders in the family. It is important to absorb the natural healing processes and the comfort of basic and relevant remedies which are available in the confines of our household without resorting to medication. A very interesting and simple read. Will recommend to all and kudos to the author for documenting the same.
