I am not a person who believes in dieting or altering meals to stay healthy but I look for healthy practices and ways to utilize what we naturally get in our markets. No fancy ingredients or imported spices. Kavita’s book is a treasure trove of how to best eat given what we already have. Small small tips, recipes and science behind some of the prevalent practices are great to read. And she is right! My grandmother loves eating ghee, pickles, spices, bajra roti etc and is healthier at 80 yrs than many people in their 60s. We should revive and understand our ancient wisdom. Vary glad I ordered this book!

This is the kind of book you always want in your home. Ive been unable to put it down, ever since I got it and it's helped me in so many ways already. From winter dryness, to little cures for aches, pains and a happy and healthy life, this book, has become my resource for all the little bits of advice I would have looked for otherwise. Its simple, easy to understand and dispels so many common myths as well. A must keep for every Indian home!

Every chapter is a storehouse of information and every tip so well explained! The book really is a handy journal to follow for food habit correction. Ultimate Grandmother Hacks is a book that I would read over and over again. Each chapter can be read individually and it gives suggestions on dietary corrections for common problems which are easy to follow. Kavita's foraging of traditional knowledge and giving it a makeover by all the science and reasoning that is behind it, is an absolute must have.

Ultimate Grandma hacks by Kavita Devgan is a super amazing book. It takes you back to old age food habits and practices that we have long forgotten and it's time that we get back on track as our current lifestyle is not doing anything good to us. I was never an avid reader but this book I have finished overnight. Love every piece of information written in this book. P.S. the delicious healthy recipes given at the end of the book is cherry on the cake. I recommend this book to everyone.
