Author is silly and childish in his arguments
on 12 September 2018
I always had lot of sympathy for the dalits and hence started reading this book with open mind and an intention of empathizing with their problems. But by the time I completed the book, my opinion about the dalits of today has changed.I found this book extremely silly and childish, especially about what he wrote about the Gods and Goddesses of Hindus and daliths. Most of the points are very repeatative and lacks stuff. If points were not repeated so much, book would have been only one third of the present.By the way, if the author is so proud of his culture, why did he leave the culture and embrace Christianity? He speaks of Hindu temples which occupy large spaces but what about churches and mosques which occupy large spaces in large numbers? He seems ok with it!
