Just buy it :)

This books is primarily intended for people to get a sense of what to expect from PM interviews at top companies in Silicon Valley (The author is a very highly regarded consultant in Silicon Valley) As such you should be careful about what value you can get if you are in India (living and working here) I would recommend this book to Indians in the following two scenarios:
(a) This is a must have if you are going to interview for a PM role with a top silicon valley company, for e.g. Google's Bangalore or Hyderabad office.
(b) This may not be useful if you are interviewing for Indian companies. But you should still buy and read it, because you will learn a lot about how the top tech companies in the world approach product management as a discipline. The reason top valley companies look for these things is because they are relevant to do a PM job well. Which means we can learn and apply these principles in our day to day job, even though it is very unlikely any Indian company is likely to look for this level of depth.
The book itself is structured brilliantly. I cannot say enough good things about this book.
