Overall an okay read at best

“Process, Not Product If you find yourself avoiding certain tasks because they make you uncomfortable, there is a great way to reframe things: Learn to focus on process, not product”
― Barbara Oakley, A Mind for Numbers: How to Excel at Math and Science
The purpose of this book is to provide a reading guide or a productivity mantra that can help students improve the quality of their learning. While this book does focus on science in particular, the learning mechanisms can be applied to any subject in any field. It is rather interesting and introduced a few new concepts; however, after reading the entire book, there are about 5-10 concepts that one can gain an understanding of. It is repetitive (which I'm sure was a method to drill the idea into the reader) and not exactly a page-turner. Take your time with this book and treat it as it was meant to be - a study guide and nothing more.
