Extremely good read and very thoughtful. This book is a step by step guide to show you how reshape yourself through mindset and habits so that you can achieve your goals and be a successful manager. It has a wealth of information that anyone in any kind of leadership position would like to read. Although this book is suggested for the new managers, I got a lot of helpful information out of it. I think it is structured for someone who has been in the role for a while and wants to improve themselves and relations with their current team. Having been a manager before I was able to identify some of my areas for improvement based on past experience.
