First Time Laptop CPU/GPU Thermal Repasting, Great Results

So after doing some research and based on some reviews got this for 999 i beleive. And did the Repasting thing by myself and results were great. CPU Temps down to 80°C from 100°C which was really amazing. My laptop was never repasted before so it was like first time in 7 years and I'm glad i did it. I was really nervous about it but thanks to YouTube videos it went smooth. CPU and GPU both are doing great. They also provide cleaning cloths with isopropyl alcohol in it so easy to clean and apply the paste. Watch YouTube videos before opening and how to apply the paste on it. Best of luck. Added before and after of temps and other results in image. Thanks!

I randomly discovered that my CPU ran at 90-100C during heavy load (always on the same task) for prolonged periods of time and I immediately knew what to do. I have used the stock Thermal Paste from my Corsair H100i-Elite LCD XT before and while taking it off, have seen some bad coverage. I ordered this thermal paste and applied it (pea size dot in the center, smaller dots around the corners and in between) and made sure to properly squish it with my pump. I had to take it off once again because I lost a screw and I saw a beautiful and smooth coverage without any holes. (Using too much paste is better than too little, so don't worry about the amount, check out some youtube comparisons on different amounts of paste).
And voila! No more crashes, Load stays at 50% maximum during the same heavy operations and temperature only rarely climbs above 75C.
Do yourself a favor and replace that stock Thermal Paste that comes with your pump (even though it has a pretty triangular pattern when you open the package).
Effectively improved my CPU temperature by 30-40 degrees Celsius and Reduced Load from 100% to 50% on same (demanding) tasks. Highly recommend, also for Intel. You don't need that plastic applicator to help anyway.
