For Select Mobiles, you can upgrade from the Free Screen Replacement Plan to comprehensive Total Damage Protection Plan for your new mobile at prices starting Rs. 1. This offer is available on select mobiles only between 9th Oct 12 PM to 15th Oct 2018. The Plan benefits include:

• Accidental physical damage repair

• Accidental liquid damage repair

• Free Pick-up and drop of Phone during Repair

• Completely online and paperless process for raising repair request and tracking

• Cashless repair process (subject to depreciation)

2. How to Avail the Offer?

While buying a smartphone, simply tick the check box above the 'Buy Now' button to upgrade your Free Screen Replacement Plan to Total Damage Protection. You will be chagred the mobile price and the special price for the Total Damage Protection plan. There's no need to download any App or register on any website to activate the Plan. The Plan is auto activated within 7 days of your receiving the new Mobile

3. What is the minimum transaction amount for availing this offer?

There is no restriction on minimum transaction amount or mode of payment to avail this offer

4. What payment methods are eligible for the offer?

All payment methods are eligible for the offer

5. Can I buy this plan without buying a mobile on Amazon or purchase it separately for an existing mobile?

No, this Plan is only available for purchase along with the purchase of a new mobile on Amazon during the Offer period. If the Plan is purchased separately without the purchase of a mobile, the Plan would be cancelled and the Plan fee would be refunded.

6. How should I activate the insurance/screen protection plan?

The Plan is auto activated within 7 business days of your receiving the delivery of your new Mobile Phone purchased on Amazon. There is no need to download any App or register on any website for the purpose of activating the Plan.

7. When will I get my Plan details?

You will receive the details of the Plan on your registered Email ID (email ID registered with Amazon) within 7 business days of purchasing the new Mobile. You will also receive a physical welcome kit.

8. What is the validity of the Total Damage Protection Plan?

The Plan is valid for 1 Year from the Date of Delivery of the new Mobile on Amazon. The Plan coverage begins after you receive the new Mobile purchased on Amazon

9. Is this offer available when I opt for EMI and/or Exchange/Buyback?

Yes, this Offer is available when you buy the phone on EMI and/or using Exchange/Buyback as long as the New Mobile purchased by you is covered under the Offer

10. How many repairs are allowed if I upgrade from the Free Screen Replacement offer to the Total Damage Protection plan?

As this is an upgrade from your Free 1-year Screen Replacement Offer, only one repair is allowed under the Total Damage Protection plan. The All Round Protection Plan is being offered at a special rate as an upgrade only for mobiles that are eligible for the Free Screen Replacement offer.

11. What if I cancel/return the plan purchased on Amazon?

Your Plan would automatically get cancelled if you return, reject or cancel your Plan Order

12. What if my phone has more than just screen damage and requires repair to other parts too?

Don't worry, once you upgrade to the Total Damage Protection Plan, you'd be covered for additional damages, subject to the depreciation grid applicable on the Plan, and the Plan Terms & Conditions

13. Who is providing the offer, and whom should I contact in case of accidental damage to my phone?

14. My payment failed while placing the order. What should I do?

If your payment failed while placing the order, you will be given an option to revise your payment. If you revise your payment during the offer duration, you will be eligible for the offer. Follow the steps & ensure that the phone purchase is completed within the Offer Period
